The platform is handcrafted of laminated wood and measures 15 x 7.5. The board can also be used for calf stretches and push-ups.

I bought these a few years ago after I started snowboarding. They're both fun and strengthen your legs and stomach. Since I moved into the house I live in now, they've been sitting in the kitchen and there's usually somebody on one of them. They're definitely sturdy and can take a lot of abuse.
